AAA Coating is an Australian aluminium finishing business specialising in high-quality anodising and powder coating services from our facility in Clayton South, Victoria.
Established in the early 2000s, AAA Coating has entered a new chapter in 2026 under new ownership. Our leadership brings nearly 100 years of combined experience across the aluminium finishing industry, with hands-on expertise operating both small specialised facilities and large-scale anodising and powder coating plants.
Today, we combine that technical knowledge with the personal service and attention to detail of a family business.
We work with customers across Australia, from window and door manufacturers, fabricators, builders and engineering companies through to architects, the general public, as well as customers requiring specialised finishing solutions.
Whether it's a small one-off job, ongoing production work or something a little outside the ordinary, our focus remains the same: quality finishing, reliable service and strong relationships with the people we work with.

SERVICES
ANODISING
AAA Coating provides high-quality clear and coloured anodising for aluminium profiles and components, with finishes available in a range of colours and anodising thicknesses from 10 to 25 microns.
Our Clayton South anodising facility can accommodate profiles up to approximately 7.5 metres, depending on section, allowing us to handle everything from smaller specialised jobs through to large commercial quantities.
With experienced operators, careful colour control and in-house thickness testing, we focus on producing a durable, consistent finish while maintaining the natural metallic character of aluminium.
POWDER COATING
Our powder coating operation combines large-scale automated processing with hands-on attention where it's needed, allowing us to efficiently process commercial quantities without losing the personal approach we bring to every job.
We work with leading Dulux and Interpon powder ranges and can accommodate aluminium profiles up to approximately 8 metres, depending on section.
From architectural and residential extrusions to sheets, cladding, louvre systems and specialised work, our focus is on thorough preparation, quality application and a finish built to perform.
AAA Coating is an Interpon and Dulux Approved Applicator, with warranty-grade powder coating options available.
Aluminium
We carry a select range of mill-finish aluminium hollow sections and channels, available to both trade customers and the general public with no minimum order quantity.
Our stocked aluminium can also be anodised or powder coated in-house to suit your requirements, providing a convenient supply and finishing solution from one location.
